ECORYS-NEI experts took part in monitoring and evaluation of EU programmes Tacis, Tempus, Bistro, IBPP, Customs, of the WB programmes Capacity Building in CAR and JVI Introductory Course in Market Economics and Financial Analysis, Dutch Government Programme MATRA, and numerous other M&E related projects.

Within M&E assignments, ECORYS-NEI provides the following services:

• analysis of the relevant area and development of a methodology of M&E, including development of criteria, indicators, questionnaires, reporting formats, etc.;
• carrying out M&E, including ex-ante, mid-term, ex-post, outcome and impact evaluations; analysis of M&E results and development of recommendations based on them;
• recommendations on introduction of the system of M&E of budget target programmes;
• recommendations on introduction of the system of M&E of budget execution, and respective practical assistance;
• recommendations on introduction of the system of M&E of noncommercial projects, including the social sphere, and respective practical assistance.
